We are looking for a graduate calibre Account Executive/Marketing Co-ordinator who will support the Sales Director and other responsibilities across the business team.
In this role, you will be a key player within a very close knit team in helping with the administration of the companies advertising and communications, account management as well as supporting the sales team. You will be expected to be a quick learner while showing drive and enthusiasm within this busy role. In turn, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most reputable brands in taking that next step into the marketing and PR industry!
You will be a sophisticated and diligent candidate with some admin, marketing or communications experience, willingness to learn, and excellent written and verbal communications skills. A good understanding of the FMCG and retail industries is a bonus! Your Microsoft Office skills will be second to none and you will be a very quick learner in this regard! You won’t be afraid to contribute your ideas to the team and will also have excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Research new products - industry publications, internet, visit supermarkets/retail shops and exhibition/shows if relevant! Assist in the production of sales and marketing material, including sales emails, e-newsletters, and brochures, ensuring brand consistency and clarity of message. Attention to detail is key. Responsible for updating their CRM system Hubspot with new contacts and maintaining database, and ensuring mailing lists are kept up to date Support the Sales Director with sales admin beyond the database, such as setting up communication sequences and keeping on top of targeting and outreach tools (full training given) Liaise with external designers and agencies for printing marketing material Update their internal POY asset management system
PR
Support the teams in planning and running client events including a large scale annual awards ceremony at the end of January – a star-studded event, working with PR/Social Media agencies. Work with their PR/social media agencies to supply images/information Maintain and develop relationships with key influencers and bloggers Other
