Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assisting in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
• Collaborating closely with clients to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal.
• Undertaking market research to establish the most competitive terms available.
• Acquiring renewal terms and presenting to clients.
• Producing and issuing professional summaries and reports.
• Issuing renewal documentation.
• Handling client queries via email or via the telephone, with the option for Teams video calls

What You Need:

• Essential experience in Commercial Insurance.
• Proficiency in portfolio management
• Excellent client service skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with Acturis is highly desirable.
