Our Client, a leading managed services provider, is looking for an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers and users receive timely and friendly assistance. It’s a fast-paced and varied role involving working with customers, suppliers and other departments across the business. Ideally, you will have Technical or Telecom Account Manager experience.
This role offers working hours 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
Account Manager responsibilities include: -
- Managing external suppliers, internal engineering and account management
- Deliver against department SLAs
- Dealing with customer complaints and escalating with suppliers and/or senior management is necessary
- Speaking with customers and suppliers daily, championing the company and going the extra mile
Account Manager requirements include: -
- Strong administration experience in a B2B environment
- Technical or Telecom experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office products
- High level of organisation, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail
