- Founded in 2020 our client has already been able to create strong client base and is seeing 22% month on month revenue growth
- Looking to add 50% of current headcount by the end of 2024
About the Role
- Managing existing accounts as well as new accounts brought on by SDR team.
- You will be responsible for engaging with a range of companies across multiple sectors - no 2 days will be the same!
- Working alongside a team of SDR’s and lead generation analysts to achieve desired results
- Dealing with key decision makers such as CEO’s, Head of People as well as business owners, looking to upsell and retain clients.
About the Candidate
- Minimum of 1 years experience managing accounts. Including the ability to retain and upsell to existing accounts.
- Fantastic communication skills - both in person and over the phone
- Strong desire to progress within the company
- Ability to be able to work towards weekly and monthly targets

- Competitive Salary: 30k with uncapped commission (circa £50K OTE)
