Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on managing existing clients who are seeking to exit their whiskey casks purchased through our company. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored exit strategies to meet the unique needs and objectives of our clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their preferences, investment goals, and exit timelines.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking to exit their casks, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
Exit Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to assess their specific circumstances and objectives, devising customized exit strategies tailored to their needs.
Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and cask performance data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize client outcomes.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
Lead negotiations with potential buyers on behalf of clients, leveraging market insights and industry expertise to maximize value and ensure favorable terms.
Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial inquiries to final contract execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market developments, potential opportunities, and progress towards their exit goals.
Generate comprehensive reports and performance analyses for clients, offering insights into the performance of their casks and the effectiveness of exit strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts in supporting client needs.
Provide valuable feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,169.46-£36,474.62 per year
