We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for building long-term relationships with global clients.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our compact yet dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and grow existing client accounts, maximizing their potential spend and solidifying our position as their trusted partner. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and expand account revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client, and facilitate upselling opportunities.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Project Management and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our client offerings and competitive positioning.
Skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Experienced using CRM, preferably SalesForce.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Hungry, humble, smart.
