Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum, with additional monthly bonuses
Hours: Full Time
Location: Work From Home (client area provided dependant on location)
Our client, a pioneer in cloud telephony innovation, is seeking an Account Manager to join their thriving organisation.
Description:
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to foster and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings face to face and online to cultivate relationships with existing accounts
- Provide guidance to clients on additional products offered by the business
- Identify and direct sales opportunities within key client accounts, passing leads to the sales team and monitoring progress
- Assist in addressing and escalating client concerns
- Collaborate with other Account Managers and sales consultants
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services
- Achieve relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Monitor company performance against service level agreements and identify potential issues
- Ensure Account Managers are informed of any changes within client accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs effectively
- Facilitate contract renewals and amendments as required
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in cloud technology or telephony systems is a strong advantage
- Experience in account management, sales or customer service, preferably in primary care or related health sectors however other industries will be considered
- Ability to understand customer needs and manage competing priorities
- Awareness of commercial requirements and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Diplomatic approach in handling customer concerns or enquiries
- Proficiency in Google Suite or transferable Microsoft Office skills
