Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Support or call center role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers with patience
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Good Excel Knowledge and Book keeping skill preferred
- Knowledge in Xero Accounting is preferred
