We are recruiting for a fantastic organisation in Leicestershire who are recruiting a Training and Events Executive.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and coordinate training programs and events for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and materials preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution, having the foresight and prioritisation skills to pre-empt any issues.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.
- Reporting and evaluation administration.
- Maintain accurate records and track attendance.
Qualifications:
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Proven experience in event / training planning and coordination.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills- both written and verbal.
- Emotional and social intelligence.
- Proficiency in using some event management software and MS Office
- Passion for education and professional development.
