Working Hours and Benefits:
- Standard business hours are 8.00am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays, with a ten-minute paid break each day and an unpaid break of 30 minutes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contributes information, ideas, trend analysis, and research to help develop marketing Strategies.
- Develop sales strategies and approaches for the target customer or product.
- Develop & maintain excellent customer relations with the Company ethos of “Doing the right thing for the customer”.
- To develop and maintain the CRM system.
- To ensure all records are kept up to date with the relevant information.
- Create, present, and deliver regular KPIs to Senior Managers.
- To follow up enquiries and quotations within a reasonable or agreed time frame.
- To efficiently liaise with sales administrators.
- To chase, analyse & report reasons for enquiries/quotes not being won.
- To always represent Company in a professional manner
- Provide effective communication to both internal and external customer.
- Helps to implement and adheres to company policies and procedures
- To work with drive and enthusiasm to meet targets set.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable by Directors to ensure business success.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Driven to achieve sales targets
- A good team player but has the initiative to work alone
- Must have excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to present to customers confidently
- Sage experience (Desirable)
- Zoho CRM experience (Desirable)
- Good business acumen
- New business development through multiple medias (Marketing, Cold Calling, Emailing and customer visit
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in injection moulding (preferred but not essential)
