Our client is a market leading designer and supplier who are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Sales Executive. This reputable company delivers the highest quality of service to all their customers, offering help and guidance from design to installation.
The Role:
- Follow up leads from new and existing customers
- Complete the company’s sales process to ensure quotations are produced, issued and followed up
- Accurately update the company’s CRM system
- Ensure purchase orders and delivery notes are correct against sales orders
- Ensure a positive contribution to development, operation, staffing, health and safety, financial performance and effective service
- Attend presentations, seminars and events as required
- Meet customers/ suppliers and actively promote the company along with its products
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and verbal skills
- Confident on all Microsoft packages
- Ability to work individually and as a team
