Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive sales and customer service calls.
- Process customer purchase orders with high levels of attention to detail and liaison with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound email, calls and lead follow ups.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and identify new sales opportunities.
- Answering customer questions.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their specifications.
- Explaining and upselling product functions and features (training will be provided).
- Keep up to date with competitor product offerings.
- Researching new leads.
- Maintaining the company CRM to a high degree of accuracy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Assist and follow up customer enquiries via omnichannel, including web chat
- Attend and represent the company at exhibitions.
Skills and Experience required:

This position if office based and full time Monday-Friday. No work from home available with this role. Holidays are 22 days plus bank holidays.
