What you will do as an Internal Sales Coordinator

• Handling all inbound technical enquiries via both the phone and email
• Assisting with managing the sales inbox ensuring all emails are responded to accordingly
• Managing existing client accounts ensuring repeat orders and contract renewal
• Providing consultative advice to clients regarding technical sales enquiries
• Closing sales orders, issuing and following up on quotations and processing orders
• Helping other departments when needed
• Ensuring internal CRM is kept up to date with all client information
• Analysing client accounts and always ensuring excellent customer service

What you will need:

• Previous technical sales experience would be desirable
• Experience within a manufacturing/engineering business
• Handled a full sales process from enquiry through to dispatch
• Engineering degree would be an advantage
• Proven experience in a sales admin/coordinator role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
