Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as an Internal Sales Executive, based in our Kidderminster office.
About the role:
- The Internal Sales Executive role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.
- Your mission is to join our Internal Sales Support Team to make at least 30 outbound calls to existing customers, contacts and leads in order to engage with them and seek out new opportunities for us to quote and turn into sales. You will be speaking to existing customers to generate additional sales but also carry out some business development calls to find new customers using various online search tools.
- As part of the Inside Sales Team, you will have your own targets and feed into the collective targets for new customers. You will also find other new build developers who build between 30-100 plots per year and carry out business development activities to obtain new opportunities from them.
- We have a successful, innovative and friendly Sales Team and you will be working closely with Customers and our Sales Managers to help generate quotations, provide technical support and manage all activities necessary between departments.
- Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients’ needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.
About you:
To be successful in this role you’ll be results driven and have experience in Internal Sales and/or a telesales environment. You have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, have excellent attention to detail skills, and be reliable and a team player. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. Understanding of NetSuite would be desirable but not essential.

What we offer:

We’re offering a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 pa, along with 34 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays and a day for your birthday), contributory pension scheme, monthly wellness benefit, access to the holiday purchase scheme (you can buy and sell up to 5 extra days per year).
