We are currently seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team in the metals industry.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the metals industry, with experience in sales and account management.
They will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
Package:
- Salary – £28,000 – 35,000.
- Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 5:00pm
- 23 days holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales and revenue
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the metals industry
- Strong knowledge of metals products and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
