Operations Support Executive - 1 Week Contract

Proactive Personnel are recruiting for an Operations Support Executive to work for a manufacturer based in Chester on a temporary basis. The contract will be for 1 week, any candidates who apply must be able to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely and professional communication at all times, including written correspondence, telephone and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external)
• Manages and determines the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Captures and responds to complaints in line with the Customer Complaint Procedure
• Executes sales campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager
• Provides administration relating to the development and launch of new products and the onboarding of new customers
• Coordinates the timely execution of samples requests and any appropriate follow up as required
• Provides administration support to the Sales Team as required
• Ensure deadlines are met for generation of documentation that enables operations and finance team to complete the order to invoice process
• Ensure effective and timely update of RMS to facilitate production of new or existing products
• Support with site aged debtors to meet finance KPI
• Daily invoices of sales and outgoing products.
