Sales Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a SalesField Support Specialistto join its industry leading sales and service team. In this role you will contribute valuable support to sales and service representatives and be a vital part of their success growing accounts.

What You Will Do:

• Perform a variety of routine and non-routine clerical/administrative activities to support Field Service Specialists, Account Managers and associates in administrative areas
• Work with associates and customers to resolve financing issues
• Track, compile information, and produce reports on competitive prospects, contests and other special initiatives
• Coordinate and follow-up on engineering orders for field sales and service associates
• Work with field sales and service associates and corporate credit to manage and resolve customer related credit issues
• New Account Set up in Masterdata and the HUB

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of office experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
• Knowledge of SAP
