With a record of success in New York, our client has become a respected name in the Research and Financial sector. The London team has successfully established a forward-operating sales team that provides research intelligence to clients across banking, hedge funds, pension funds, and property and market investors.
The Role
As a dedicated Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing nearly 200 client accounts, focusing on retention, identifying up-selling opportunities, and increasing client spending.
Your responsibilities will include
- Strengthening relationships and understanding client needs across the full product range.
- Delivering growth of subscription-based clients.
- Shaping the Account Management strategy for continued success.
Areas of focus
- Recognize accounts with risk factors and utilize available tools to retain them.
- Take responsibility for organizing and arranging Economist interactions (calls/visits) with key clients.
- Manage a large number of clients and users through telephone-based communication.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven success in a sales and business role. Strong telephone mannerisms, with impeccable internal and external stakeholder management skills.
