An ambitious Account Manager is required for our growing SaaS tech client to work closely with their existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction the nurturing of accounts through the building of high quality customer relationships, facilitating growth through the appropriate recommendation of additional service lines or functionality.
First and foremost your role is to map out and build relationships across the stakeholders base, establishing a regular customer engagement cycle and proactively seeking feedback and searching for areas of service improvement. You will also work with internal service and product teams to deliver account specific improvements and ensure you are fully across product developments in the pipeline. The role does carry an element of sales and will give you the opportunity to earn up to 50% of your basic salary in additional bonuses.
The role is office based on the outskirts of Ipswich with good public transport connections, hybrid working is a possibility in future but in the first instance the role is based from the office full time.

Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
