Are you an experienced and talented Account Manager, passionate about delivering exceptional service in the Insurance Sector?
If you thrive in an environment of managing client portfolios, and forging strong relationships, then you could be the person we are looking for to lead in providing top-tier consulting and administration services.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for managing client accounts.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Communication of progress on initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for meetings.
Requirements:
- Ideally CII GR1 or IF7 qualified
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
