Location: On-site - Haslingden, UK
Salary / Pay Rate: 22-28k DOE
Commission: Uncapped, OTE £45,000-60,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours and Environment: Core working hours for this position are from 8 a.m. until 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Commutable from: Haslingden, Burnley, Accrington, Rawtenstall, Blackburn, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Waterfoot.

About the role:
Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. This involves understanding their needs and ensuring we meet those needs for each project or site sourced through outbound sales calls and our inbound marketing campaigns.
- Build Client Relationships Create and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Client Needs Understanding Gain a deep understanding of our client's needs and requirements.
- Timely Product and Service Delivery Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients promptly.
- Communication Bridge Act as the crucial link between clients and our internal teams.
- Generate New Sales Contribute to generating new sales that lead to long-lasting relationships.
- Front-end CRM Tasks Handle front-end CRM processes and associated administrative tasks from quote procurement to delivery.
- Achieve Targets Meet set targets to support business and personal growth.
- Planning and Organisation Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills, managing multiple work streams simultaneously and seeing projects through to implementation.
- Project Management Manage project changes to successfully complete technically complex projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Cost Negotiation Negotiate costs with clients.
- Continued Learning Willingly attend training and keep learning for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborative Approach Liaise internally with the delivery team and finance to ensure full accountability of the project from start to finish.
- Computer Literacy Competence in using various software, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Requirements:
No prior experience is required, but confidence in handling interactions, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keenness to learn are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is advantageous.
