Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide clear communication of monthly/quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven track record of success in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
