Account Manager

As the primary point of contact for customer-related matters, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing robust, enduring customer relationships. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service will be instrumental in fostering satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and concerns.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring customer relationships.
• Promptly follow up on estimates for both new and existing projects.
• Accurately schedule and manage print, design, and mailing jobs.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize revenue and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer accounts.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of print projects according to customer specifications.
• Identify opportunities for business development within existing client relationships and exceed sales quotas.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and disputes, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Person Specification:

• Proven track record of success in roles such as Account Manager or key Account Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
• Solid proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience in providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
