XTERIOR are currently having a rare recruitment drive to add to our growing sales force.

We are a home improvement company who have launched a fantastic new product and we are based in Manchester and the Surrounding areas of the North West of England.

We are already established as industry leaders in external renovations. We already cover the North West and are looking to recruit Sales Representatives to promote our new venture to the rest of the UK.

Role & Responsibilities...

- Attend site visits to measure up for tailor made products

- Identify Needs, Desires, & Affordability

- Design and create plans for trend setting home improvement products

- Create & build strong relationships with prospects

- Use sales skills to close/win business

- Utilise facilities to follow-up i.e. Email, CRM, WhatApp, Calls and Texts

By attending between 2-4 PRE-ARRANGED appointments per day generated from pre-qualified warm leads, the ideal candidate will be selling to either members of the public or to the commercial market, providing external products with a flexible schedule, and we provide a fantastic commission structure!

This is an exciting role for any new prospect looking to further their career in the sales industry.

Experience Preferred but not essential...

Regardless of experience, we provide an industry leading training course carried out by the Sales Director, to ensure our sales staff are able to overachieve and maximise every opportunity that comes their way, along with weekly sales meetings and training days to ensure we are always working to the best of our ability.

What will be required...

- Access to a car (we can arrange on your behalf if required)

- Mobile Phone

- Full UK Drivers Licence

- A willingness to learn and motivation to make a fantastic living
