About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team in the North of England on a 12 month fixed term basis, with a salary of £36,443 with on target earnings of £51,385.
You'll be part of a dynamic national sales team who work on a national sales programme and who are proud of the work they do to deliver the best experience for our customers. The Marketing and Sales team are responsible for the delivering an enthusiastic customer focused sales service. The team use technical innovation to manage our customers' journey and the Sales Consultants play a key role in ensuring we achieve our sales targets.
The Sales Consultant will report into the head of sales and will be responsible for marketing, and selling properties within the company's portfolio, with a focus on shared ownership.
This is 35 hours per week role, working Thursday - Monday and the successful candidate must be flexible with covering all sites across the region.
What we're looking for
We're a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You'll not only be an experienced salesperson, but you'll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience of selling Shared Ownership and Open Market homes.
- Proven customer service experience, evidencing excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and lead on projects.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must hold a current valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work use.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.
Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
Desirable
- Relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS.
- Recognised relevant Propertymark qualification such as Sale of Residential Property - Level 3 Award.
