Account Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits and flexibility
Leicester – remote with travel to office x1 per month.
Pitch is working with a leading marketing agency based in Leicester.
This full-service agency was established almost 40 years ago and have built a headcount of over 70 talented individuals. They work with clients from both B2B and B2C backgrounds from several different sectors. The role will report into the Account Director, and you’ll be the main point of contact for a main house-builder client across several regions, taking briefs and working closely with the client, briefing the studio and working projects to timelines and budgets. You will also have line management responsibility for one Account Executive.
You can work remotely but need to travel to the office in Leicester once every 6 weeks for a team working day. They have regular team socials as well an annual summer and Christmas partied where everyone comes together.
As their new Account Manager your day to day will be:
- Taking a lead in client meetings and ensuring preparation is thorough.
- Being the main point of contact for clients, advising on what to do and taking responsibility for delivery of work.
- Delivering results and being on the lookout for opportunities to build on success.
- Managing one Account Executive.
Their ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working in a marketing agency as an Account Manager or have worked inhouse in an integrated marketing or campaign delivery role.
- Understanding of fully integrated marketing, from email and social to brochures and PR.
- Have fantastic communication skills.
- Understanding client budgets and how to keep within them.
