Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for a fantastic Senior opportunity on behalf of one of our clients, a successful Accountancy Firm based in the Loughborough area.
We are on the lookout for an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager to join this growing firm, who can act as the 'Number 2' to the Partner and be their right hand person.

You will take on a highly respected role within the practice with the responsibility of looking after and reviewing the workload of 3 Audit & Accounts team members. You will have the responsibility of overseeing and reviewing workloads.

For this role you will be someone who enjoys being client facing, and taking the lead on that. Acting as the number 2 to the Partner you will be there to support the Junior staff members, as well as managing a portfolio of clients.

This role will be a split of 25% Audit 75% Accounts.

Your role will also involve Accounts preparation, management accounts, audit, reviewing accounts, corporation tax, personal tax (this is a bonus, not an essential) and scope to assist the Partner with tax planning.
