SalaryWe are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading marketing agency in Harpenden.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Account Manager position, with multi-channel knowledge and proven experience of delivering successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Account management and thought leadership - proposing ideas and methods to achieve client objectives
- Production of creative briefs and overseeing projects (digital and print) through to delivery and results, including financial management, invoicing, P&L reporting, and ROI reporting
- Selling creative concepts through effective presentation skills
- Creative appreciation and judgement against client brief
- High quality proofreading and ensuring brand compliance
- Manage content localisation and translation processes
- Management of suppliers e.g. video production agency, 3D animators
- Consistently innovate - providing the client with stunning and highly effective marketing campaigns
For this Account Manager role the employer is looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years creative/marketing agency experience in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing professional with B2B/B2C background
- Multi-channel knowledge, in particular print and digital
- Proven case studies of delivering successful campaigns
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Build strong and successful relationships with colleagues and clients
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
- Hands-on mentality and team player
