We partner with over 2,000 charitable organisations across the UK to install contactless card terminals and donation webpages to collect donations.
We are growing and are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is about helping us gain more customers but it's not a traditional sales role you would see in other organisations. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skills in this role in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing existing customers, especially big accounts including tracking their performance on the system and ensuring they are happy.
- Ensuring account growth targets are met.
- Organising and running demo meetings.
- Helping define the Dona sales strategy
Skills and experience we're looking for in a candidate:
- A people person! We're looking for someone who loves speaking to people, who can build rapport quickly with our customers.
- An excellent communicator who has excellent verbal and written English. You'll be communicating to customers regularly over the phone, email and video call.
- Someone organised, a self-starter. You'll need to deal with several competing priorities in this role and you'll be expected to research and resolve issues yourself.
- Patient and good at explaining things simply. You'll need to learn our domain and explain our products and services to potential customers.
- Someone with a good grasp of technology. We're a tech company and we need someone who is familiar with modern technology and software.
- Adaptable - we need someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced tech start-up environment.
- Experience in B2B sales and demoing to potential customers over video call.
- Knowledge of churches, dioceses and their are operation (our biggest market).

- We're a small company (10-15 people) with no HR department so all our HR and employment contracts go through an umbrella company, who offer a wide range of benefits including a pension scheme and statutory sick pay.
- Holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
Benefits
- Salary £30,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Performance bonus if sales targets are met, this will be covered in the interview.

Working hours 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Location:
- Hybrid home and office working (office based in Hove). Expected to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).
