This well-established multichannel marketing services business is looking for an Account Manager who has worked and understands Direct Mail.
As an Account Manager, you will join a small close-knit team and use your knowledge of print and Direct Mail to specifically look after/grow one national client who falls within the charity sector.
This is a longstanding client the business has grown for more than 10 years, the Account Director who you will report into has been on the account since its inception. You will mainly be based on site with the client in Central London.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering marketing campaigns from initial brief through print production to final completion
- Maintaining budgets and deadlines
- Providing excellent service and solutions to the client
- Being responsible for cost management of projects
- Generating quotations and schedules
- Attending client briefings and presentation meetings alongside other third-party agencies
- Working with external suppliers to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards
- Identifying opportunities to develop the account and build new relationships
- Working closely with account director and internal team members
Essential skills:
- Good technical knowledge of Direct Mail processes
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong and accurate brief-taking ability
- Broad understanding of different print processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Excel
This is a full time permanent role, you will take part in a two, possibly three stage interview process: Teams and face to face.
