SR2 are currently looking for a Finance Managerfor a key client of ours based in London / Manchester. This will be a 9 month Fixed-Term Contract.
Key details:
Location: Remote first working (infrequent travel to either London or Manchester).
Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 + good bens.
So, what will you be doing?
- Your role as Finance Manager is to ensure the business is equipped with efficient processes and systems to protect against financial risks and help streamline operations across the business.
- You will be expected to be hands-on, so strong accountancy knowledge is essential.
- You will ensure all information is accurate and meets reporting requirements & compliance requests in a timely manner - this will be on a global scale.
- Escalate financial risks to the senior leadership team and help build mitigation strategies.
- Work with other finance functions to deliver increased accuracy in process improvements, financial information, etc.
- You will take part in leading the finance operations team and upskill others effectively, supporting their training and career progression.
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years commercial experience in accounting and tax.
- A proven understanding of accounting systems and other financial tools.
