Salary Range: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

My client is seeking a talented individual to join theire expanding team as a Sales-Oriented Customer Service Account Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in banking, mortgages, or loans, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts and relationships.
Engage with clients over the phone, providing top-notch customer service.
Identify sales opportunities and effectively promote financial products.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.Requirements:
Previous experience in the finance industry, preferably in banking, mortgages, or loans.
Strong sales and customer service background.
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
Ambitious and driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
