About our Team

About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. You will develop and execute account strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and proactively address client needs. Your role is crucial in driving growth and maximizing profitability for both the company and clients.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Building and maintaining sturdy client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records and forecasting data in CRM system.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's footprint within existing accounts.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account planning.
Qualification:
  • Have an understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Have experience maintaining sturdy relationships with clients.
  • Have experience working at/ with insurance companies.
