TheAccount Managerrole is essential for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering data-driven strategic initiatives. This role will require accurate and timely bidding, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction within the dynamic and evolving landscape of market research. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence in performance marketing. They will not directly manage other team members but will be expected to lead initiatives, support colleagues, and provide expert insights that underpin our client's success.

Detailed Job Duties:

  • Nurture and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clear communication and expectation setting with clients on project deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing client meetings to discuss active and upcoming initiatives.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to manage workflows.
  • Regularly analyze client data to assess performance in order to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful campaign implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research industry news, trends, and technologies.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement and learning.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively any challenges or opportunities to the client and internal team.
  • Drive initiatives without direct managerial responsibilities but as a respected team player.
  • Mentor junior team members informally through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Successful performance in the Account Manager role is marked by achieving optimal client satisfaction and retention through attentive relationship management and exceeding client expectations. The individual drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services. They ensure project success and timely delivery by effectively organizing tasks, managing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strategic alignment and value creation are demonstrated through the development of data-driven initiatives that align with client goals and contribute to overall business objectives. The Account Manager exhibits strong leadership by driving initiatives, providing expert insights, and fostering collaboration within the team. They stay abreast of market trends and innovations, leveraging market awareness to drive continuous improvement and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

The MUST Haves:

  • Three or more (3+) years of proven experience in account management, client services, or business development roles within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with poise.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Independent and autonomous worker.
  • Adaptable to change and able to pivot strategies quickly.

The Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience with gaming industry clients preferred.
