We are looking for an IT Account Manager to join our team in order to be a primary point of contact for our varied and exciting client base.
You will need to be there to support with any incoming questions, requests or challenges that our clients may have. This will range from providing quotations to renewing licenses, providing new hardware and software solutions as well as acting as an advocate at all times if our clients need any additional help.
You will also be working with a variety of internal teams, including service delivery and engineering so being able to work across multiple stakeholders is important.
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate who ideally has previous experience within a similar role and can demonstrate this experience. We expect candidates to have excellent attention to detail, to be eloquent communicators who also see themselves as an active participant in the IT industry.
You will be working to
- Act as a point of contact for multiple clients
- Ensure that client requests are handled effectively and efficiently
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Support our clients by leveraging multiple internal teams within Bluecube
Background and Skills
You should be the sort of person who loves interaction with other people and that genuinely cares about relationship building. You should thrive on driving opportunity from your own hard work, insight and skill. You must enjoy being on the front line and be capable of prioritising tasks whilst ensuring that everyone feels looked after.
- Proven experience in a client facing role
- IT Industry experience would be a big advantage
- Experience with the Microsoft Cloud would be a big advantage
- Outstanding time management and self-motivation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills
Salary / package
- £25,000-£40,000 per annum + OTE
- Annual Leave of 25 days + UK Bank Holidays
