Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + £6K average commission
A high-performing Digital Marketing agency are looking to add to their client services team with an Account Manager! They are seeking a driven and confident person, who has prior experience communicating at the client level and managing accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Overseeing client briefs and ensuring successful and timely delivery
- Translation of client briefs to digital delivery teams
- Monitoring and reporting to clients
- Strategic planning
- Meeting with clients and upselling
- A driver's licence is required for this position
- A background in/ understanding of digital marketing is highly desirable
- Experience working in an agency will be beneficial
- Experience managing relationships and accounts
- Experience effectively communicating at the client level
- Business development and sales experience is desirable
