Company Overview
Based in Toronto, Canada, SoilFLO is a construction technology startup rapidly expanding into the United Kingdom.
Our software platform is designed to manage the movement of construction materials across projects (think highways, housing, and quarries). Our mission is to eliminate manual, paper-based processes and bring earthmoving projects into the digital age.
Since our launch in 2019, SoilFLO has become established as the market leader in Canada. We are utilized on the world's largest projects, from cross-country pipelines to subway tunnels under major cities.
In 2023, we set our sights on the United Kingdom and expanded operations.
With our first cohort of British clients onboarded, we are looking for an Account Manager to help support our UK Sales & Operations Manager in growing and retaining our new client base.
About the Role
You will become the 2nd employee located within the United Kingdom and work remotely.
Alongside the UK Manager, you will help spearhead the growth of SoilFLO across the country.
Occasional travel is required to visit clients and project sites; thus, access to a vehicle is needed and an allowance will be provided.
80% of your time will be spent on customer success duties (onboarding and managing clients) and 20% on sales initiatives (discovering and closing new accounts).
This role will be highly autonomous and present many opportunities for growth.
In addition to your local manager, you will be supported by both Customer Success and Sales teams in Canada, to ensure you thrive within the role.
