Our client is creating and developing an innovative team within a leading telecoms company committed to delivering exceptional products/services.
We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager – Marketing and Customer Communications with a strong Account/Project Management background for a 12-week contract. This exciting opportunity involves managing, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the success of the Customer Comms channel.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager – Marketing and Customer Communications include:
- Collaborate with the Customer Comms client team and cross-functional creative teams, including Digital Design, Operations, Creative, and Copywriting teams.
- Manage marketing campaigns targeting customer base, spanning SMS, Email, and In-App communications across covering:- New device launches, B2B, and network messaging.
- Drive initiatives to improve internal processes, encouraging innovation and efficiency in collaboration with the team.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
The successful Account Manager – Marketing and Customer Communications, will have:
- Strong ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Extensive experience in delivering successful email marketing communications.
- Familiarity with best practices and trends in email marketing.
- Comprehensive briefing skills to ensure clear communication with creative teams.
- Rigorous organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven project management capabilities, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong background in Account/Project Management, with a focus on marketing communications.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
