You\'ll be joining an award-winning, fast-paced and exciting digital Media Agency who are working with some of the country\'s most influential brands. The company prides itself on working closely with its clients to provide quality multichannel campaigns that align with their growth objectives and drive commercial growth.
Your new role
You\'ll be working on one of the agency\'s key accounts, overseeing the day-to-day campaign operations and reporting to the Account Director. You will be responsible for developing and delivering briefs, leading on all creative output, creating strategic proposals, post and mid-campaign reporting and leading more junior members of the team. You will build strong relationships with clients to identify ways to expand the agency\'s offering to them.
Business development plays a large part of the role, as well as budget management and reporting. You will need to have a good commercial understanding to be able to advise your client on how best to allocate funds.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- At least 3 years agency experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Strong numerical understanding to be able to work seamlessly with data and financial reporting.
- Previous line management experience.
- Proven track record in delivering business growth.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience, excellent career development opportunities, and private health and dental care. You will also receive 25 days\' holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), your birthday off and two paid volunteer days per year.
