The role's main purpose includes acting as primary servicing point of contact for HNW or UHNW individual clients externally and stakeholders internally to provide services and execute tasks to ensure the highest levels of customer and Senior RM satisfaction in line with regulatory requirements and bank policy. This role supports a Senior Relationship Manager based in Dubai covering clients who are resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deepen individual client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities and services.

In this role you will:
• Manage, service and develop a client portfolio consisting of High or Ultra High Net worth families and their family offices in an institutional-like professional way.
• Develop relationships with HNW/UHNW customers further through very close contact, flawless service as well as bringing all bank capabilities to the table.
• Orchestrate together with the Senior RM / Market Head access to the full suite of product and service capabilities HSBC as a group can offer around the globe, collaborating with Investment Counsellors to ensure clients understand their portfolio risk, and Credit Advisory to understand client lending needs, as well as the central gate keeper towards other group business divisions such as the Investment Bank.
• Generate new opportunities out of referrals from existing clients or single-family offices or through other contacts to UHNW families and their respective family offices.
• Update KYC (Know Your Customer) information, either received directly or through the Senior RM, and ensure any FCC related concerned are escalated as per regulatory and internal requirements.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the job holder is involved.
