About the Business:
The company manages both D2C, B2C marketplaces and B2B clients, in industries spanning fashion, food supplements, cosmetics, electronic gadgets, health and beauty, financial services, promotional merchandise, technology and more.
About The Role:
To develop and broaden the sales relationship with existing Customers, while identifying and qualifying profitable opportunities for new product sales, maximising sales penetration, and revenue within each Customer account.
Professionally manage Customer contact and provide support where required, ensuring the Customer experience is positive.

£21,673 a year – Junior role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate considering launching their career in account management.
£23,795 a year – Experienced role requires prior experience in account management and a proven track record of successful relationship development skills.
This is a permanent role for the right candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the Customer relationship and to exceed the Customer’s expectations.
· Produce and maintain a thorough account plan for each customer.
· Be personally responsible for ensuring the delivery of this strategy.
· Effectively qualify all customers’ needs, understand those needs and sell against them/deliver service appropriately.
· Demonstrate company knowledge product portfolio and all associated features and benefits and to match those benefits to the needs of the customer.
· Act as mentor to other team members and support them when required.
· Produce and maintain an accurate revenue forecast and report on monthly revenue variances verses both budget and forecast.
About you:
· Experience within either courier or related industry.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Account management and development skills.
· Time management and planning skills.
· Able to travel within designated territory and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, Power Point).
