Role Overview:
Key Tasks Overview:
- Receive and respond to client briefs, craft internal creative briefs, and develop timing plans.
- Track and communicate project statuses to our client services team, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Efficiently manage processes within our creative studio, optimising resources for top-notch results.
- Engage with stakeholders as needed and operate client approval systems for smooth project delivery.
- Take charge of client finance tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude, with a drive to take ownership and propel projects forward.
- Self-managing and savvy, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Confident yet approachable, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients.
- Enthusiastic about expanding category knowledge and offering consultative support as needed.
- Adaptive, prioritising, and adept at multitasking in a composed manner.
- Comfortable working within established process frameworks and collaborating within a team environment.
Ideal Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of account management experience within a Packaging Design or shopper agency.
- Proficient in managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
