Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge Pumping Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met and provide technical support when necessary.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in a B2B context.
- Knowledge of Pumping Solutions or related technical products is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
