You are a motivated leader who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. You will have experience in people and team management in a sales/account management environment, you bring valuable insights and expertise and understand how to drive growth from a large volume of accounts.Day-to-day, you will:? • Develop and grow your team over time, motivating them to achieve their targets• Meet and exceed sales targets for upsell, renewals, bureau processing, card payments and consultancy • Develop and maintain plans (a customer strategy) with your team for all customers working closely with marketing colleagues to ensure assets are built to make these a success.• Track all activities using Salesforce and ensure teams adherence to process• You use modern selling techniques and embrace data to drive structured selling methodologies within your team. • You evangelise and ensure the adoption of the use of video, marketing content and other assets in your teams sales cycle to both qualify and close new deals. • You stay in touch with the customer buying journey. You're aware of the changes in customers buying habits and you stay close to new ways of working in Account Management to embrace these• Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products.• Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance.• Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities.? • You will forecast accurately taking into account run rate within the month and key deals as you move up the value chain into higher accounts. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in Payments is required, the team will be selling Direct Debits, Wage Advance, Card Payments, Open Banking and alternative payment methods.• You have previous experience in B2B field sales/account management roles in the UK, specifically in Fintech/Payments industry.• Experience in people and team management in a sales environment• You have solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage and take on board different perspectives whilst making decisions quickly. • You can demonstrate evidence of rapid decision making, when you see a challenge within the sector and the way in which we go to market you make changes and can drive them to execution quickly. • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise• Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts• Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations• Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization• Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.• Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team• Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty.• Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure• Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and SalesforceWhat are we all about The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
