SalaryOur client, a leading provider in bespoke furnishing, is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to their customers. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
As the Operations Coordinator you will be the key player in the operations team, ensuring efficient coordination among suppliers, logistics, and customers. Primary responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, communicating with suppliers, ensuring timely receipt of goods, and managing customer interactions. The role also encompasses overseeing outbound shipments and maintaining precise records using Sage and Pipedrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage incoming deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and address any issues.
- Monitor and verify the timely arrival and quality of goods received.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
- Oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and manage operations using Sage and Pipedrive software.
26,000 - 28,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30.
