SalaryMy client is an exciting and rapidly expanding software business with operations and clients across the globe. The business are within a developing industry, therefore offering genuine long term prospects.
As part of this ongoing growth they seek an Operations Assistant to join the Operations team.
The successful candidate will be methodical in approach and have key eye for details. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will need to be organised, and a proactive individual who can remain calm under pressure and prioritise an ever-changing workload. Due to their client being focused in Southern Europe they are ideally looking for candidates with fluent Italian skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of H&S documentation including revision of risk and method statements.
- Working within the Data collection team to support Operations Coordinators and Technical Support working to tight deadlines
- Manage the progress to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Quality control of all documentation supplied to clients and contractors
- Keep all inhouse systems up to date
- Lead the Support Desk function for Data collection team and keep abreast of new features
- General administration tasks
Successful candidates will have strong administration experience gained within a fast paced environment. You will need strong IT skills, an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise at busy times.
