An exciting opportunity for an Italian-speaking Customer Service professional to join a busy, friendly Customer Service team.
You will focus on the Italian market, communicating with customers and processing orders.
The role
- Point of contact for all Italian customers
- Processing Italian customer orders
- Answering product-related questions
- Communicating with other departments re delivies etc...
- Formulate customer quotations
- Attend trade shows as required
- Deliver Italian sales leads to the Italian Sales Manager
Skills Needed
You must be passionate about building strong customer relationships and working in a close team environment.
- You MUST be fluent in both written and verbal Italian
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Close attention to detail
