SalaryA well-established electrical company of ours in Braintree are recruiting a part time Customer Service Administrator to join their team asap!
This position is working Monday and/or Tuesday and Friday's 08:30 - 17:30 (30 minute unpaid lunch break).
Paying £11.44 per hour on a temporary ongoing basis that could possibly be made permanent in the future.
Key Customer Service Administrator duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments.
- Sending customer's their order acknowledgements and corresponding documents.
- Maintaining and exceeding Customer Service level standard with current and new customers.
- Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries.
- Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times.
- Support with Website customer's orders and updates.
- Support with customer shipment process.
- Assisting with any other admin duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
- Knowledge of the Priority ERP system (advantage).
- Numeracy and literacy levels equivalent to GSCE Grade C.
- Manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous.
- High level of numeracy/attention to detail.
- Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
