Job Title: Operations Assistant (Italian & English Speaking)

  
Salary:  £23,500 (with regular pay reviews)
  
Location:  Ongar / Brentwood  
  
Permanent Role:  Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

The Role of Operations Assistant

• Using your administrative skills to process the incoming orders from customers in the UK and Ireland
• Using your Italian language to book transport via road, railway or shipping services through existing 3rd parties
• Following the comprehensive training programme, this role will be managing all administration through customs / clearance  
• Building relationships with suppliers and customers via phone and email, both English and Italian
