My client is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth operations of the department. You will:
- Provide support and assistance with the day to day running of Operations
- Arrange aircraft bookings through the company CRM
- Manage hotel bookings and transport
- Capture all data and produce reports via excel
- Provide crew with weather reports
- Assist on the ramp as and when required including loading of baggage
- Act as first point of contact for the team and assist with any queries
- Respond to email and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
- Enter passenger details into the system
- Provide assistance to the customer service team
- Support with providing amenities service when required
- Support with any further duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of Customer service
- Have good I.T skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be flexible to work longer hours when required
- Be educated to GCSE level with grade C passes in English and Maths
- Have a minimum of 5 years work experience
- Have previous relevant experience
- Ideally have previous experience working within an Operations role
- Ideally have previous General Aviation experience
- Ideally have Flight planning experience
Working hours are 4 days on and 4 days off. 2 days 06:00hrs - 18:00hrs, 2 days 18:00hrs - 06:00hrs.
